Is no longer available, however Bev's has taken on a new property in it's place. It is a charming
little place to stay by the sea. It is not the Black Pearl Cottage, however it is in the
very heart of Capitola Village just steps from all the wonderful outdoor cafes',
restaurants, art galleries, markets and shops. only a half block to the
Capitola Beach and Capitola Wharf, where the Soquel Creek meets
the sea. This new option is called Capitola Suites.
They are four small uniquely furnished luxury
apartments to rent weekly & monthly.
